Correctional Billing Services complaint by Dawngray

My son has, for the past 3 years, has been able to call collect. Now for some reason, We have to prepay to talk to him.

I got the call to set this up and the lady I talked to could barely speak english.

Well I waited for my son to call and he never did. I went into my account and realized she didn't have my phone number right. I have tried to correct this 3 times!!! and they screw it up EVERY time! Maybe it is that whole English speaking thing.

I finally cancelled my account 2 months ago and I am still waiting for my refund. It didn't take them 2 months to debit my bank account. Go figure.

YOU are an idiot!! Parents don't make the decision for kids, kids make them and when they make a bad one they pay for it. Sometimes a talk from a family member can keep them from going way down and getting in more trouble. If you don't think they should have phone time why are you on this web ste? YOU obviously know someone licked up or you would know nothing about correctional billing services. SUCH a HYPOCRIT!!!!
