Back in May of 08 I open an account so that my daughter could talk to her dad that is in Correctional facility. It ended up taken him about 5 month to get the number on his list. When I open the account I did tell them that it would take a few month to get the number added and they said that was fine. So now they are telling me that they have a 180 term that if the account is not used they close it well they did and took my $50. My daughter didn't even get one call from her dad and now he is trying to call and he can't so now what do I do.
